For standard compressor models, we typically respond within 24 hours. For custom-engineered solutions requiring special design, the quotation may take 3–5 business days as our engineering team evaluates the technical specifications.
Yes. For D-type and M-type compressors with piston force ≥ 12T, we provide on-site foundation guidance, installation support, and commissioning services. Our technicians also conduct operator training and system handover upon completion.
We offer a standard warranty of 1 year from installation/operation or 18 months from delivery (whichever comes first), excluding wear parts. Damaged components caused by manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge. We also provide lifetime maintenance and preferential spare parts pricing.
Absolutely. We specialize in compressors for nitrogen, oxygen, argon, hydrogen, CO2, LNG/CNG, and various special gases. Our engineering team can design custom solutions tailored to your specific pressure, flow rate, and purity requirements.

Yes. After contract signing, you may send 1–2 maintenance technicians to our assembly plant for 3–10 days of hands-on training. Training covers assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine inspection. Accommodation is at your expense; training is provided free of charge.
