RE Series Crossed Roller Bearings
RE series crossed roller ring is 1 kind of the precision industries bearings. It is another basic model based on the design principle of the RB series. Their significant dimensions are the same as the RB series. However, the construction is different, its inner ring is split, and the outer ring is integrated with the main body. Therefore, unlike the RB series, RE series crossed roller bearings are suitable for precision industries that request a high accuracy of outer ring rotation.
Features :
1. High accuracy and load capacity. Fine ground V grooved ways and rollers.
2. Withstands force in any direction. Alternately crossed rollers 45º angle.
3. Easy Installation and fit for small spaces. It has threaded mounting holes in a standard pattern.
4. Factory preloaded for minimum axial play and low coefficient of friction.

High Rotation Accuracy
The spacer retainer fitting among cross-arrayed rollers prevents rollers from skewing and rotation torque from increasing due to friction between rollers. Unlike conventional types using steel sheet retainers. The cross-roller ring does not cause displacement or locking of rollers and provides stable rotation torque. Since the inner and outer rings are designed to be separable, the bearing clearance can be adjusted. In addition, highly accurate rotary motion is ensured by adjusting the bearing clearance to provide a preload.
